Fr. Agnel College of Arts and Commerce, Pilar- Goa, was established in June 1991 by Xaverian Educational Society, Pilar, belonging to the Society of the Missionaries of the St. Francis Xavier, which is commonly known as the Society of Pilar.
The College is a minority Institution founded under the provision of article 30 of the Indian Constitution.
Mission Statement
The College aims at the training of young men/women, more particularly the poorer and marginalized section of Society to be leaders in all walks of life and to serve their fellowmen in justice, truth and love.
